Thoughtfully crafted our bar options, and worked really efficiently on the day of. I loved the portal with all the paperwork, invoices and what was outstanding all in one place! Great job everyone! The venue was incredible and I loved the choices to have multiple rooms. This was by far the best choice for a plan B (in case it rained) so I was not stressed about the weather being able to switch last minute if needed. Truly an excellent location and venue! We had our intimate wedding at WithinSodo and cannot say enough good things about working with Kate and the WithinSodo team! They were flexible throughout the whole process, as guidelines around COVID events continued to change, and helped us create an event that was safe, followed protocols, and was better than we could have dreamed. We are so grateful to have had our wedding here and we highly recommend it! They have many different space options and you can switch spaces as things change (because inevitably things happen!). Day-of, Kate was a gracious host, helped keep our glasses full, and supported the whole set-up and tear-down process. We love WithinSodo and we will be back when we can have a large gathering to celebrate in years to come! :)

We had our wedding at Within SODO on leap day and it was so magical! The space itself is absolutely stunning and does not need much added for the perfect mood. We rented all of the indoor rooms. We loved how each room had its own style and how they all were different. We used the Lobby for our cocktail room where we had passed appetizers, the gallery for our ceremony, and then the ballroom and lounge for dinner and dancing. We had a total of 95 guests and it felt like the perfect amount of space. We loved working with Kate throughout the planning process. She was very accommodating and helpful. Their bar service and bartender were also very efficient and spot-on on the day of. Thank you, Kate and WithinSodo for hosting our wedding!!

We had originally planned for WithinSodo for our ceremony and reception, but then Covid hit and we had to change plans. We were so stressed out about how this was all going to work out, but WithinSodo was by far the easiest vendor to work with. They gave us lots of options and flexibility, and we ended up having an initiate 25 person ceremony and it was amazing.
The venue itself is so unique with all of the rooms; you honestly barely need any decor if you want that industrial look. The rooftop, lounge, and mirror rooms are a dream.
Kate was so amazing with her communication, working with us, and even helping out so much on the day of (we had let go of our day of coordinator so this helped so much). Kate even gave us some glasses of champagne to help ease our minds.
Thank you to Kate for creating such a memorable day! We are planning on holding a reception there once things are safe!
