When you make an inquiry through our website, it does not guarantee a confirmed booking. Availability of our venue for your desired date and event type will be subject to our confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or reject any inquiry or booking request at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our venue and services will be communicated to you upon inquiry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the contract.
Additional charges may apply for additional services requested or changes to the original booking details.
Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking by the client must be made in writing with a notice period specified in the contract.
Cancellation fees may apply and will be outlined in the contract. The deposit is non-refundable.
In the event that WithinSodo cancels a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund of any deposits or payments made.
Guest Conduct
You and your event guests agree to conduct yourselves in a respectful manner while on our premises. Any behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or damages property may result in immediate termination of the event and additional charges.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WithinSodo and its representatives harmless from any losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or website, or any breach of these Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
WithinSodo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services, website, or any interactions related to your event booking.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
