With such a transformative space, we strive to create unique weddings that cater to each couple’s vision. As WithinSodo’s new in-house wedding day coordinator I look forward to providing support, oversight, and coordinating the final details ensuring your big day is executed the way you want. I have coordinated over 75 weddings, a majority of which have been at WithinSodo! As in-house coordinator, I can offer that experience on how best to utilize venue spaces, the accommodations offered by each and how things flow best at this amazing venue. My main goal is to take any stress off of your shoulders by coalescing your established ideas and vendors into one cohesive vision on your big day so you can focus on enjoying the wedding you’ve been dreaming about!

The day-of coordination planning will consist of 3-4 substantial meetings, which typically last 1 to 2 hours each. I will reach out initially to get some details on your vision for your big day, and schedule our first meeting 60-days out from your wedding. From there, we can expect to meet about every 2 weeks until your wedding day:
Initial Meeting - 2 Months Out
Coordination Planning Meetings 1-2 Months Out
Monthly Coordination Meeting - 1 month Out
Final Meeting - 2 weeks out
